What is Facial Energy Release?
Holistic Rejuvenating Facial Massage also known as Rejuvanessence
Every trauma, anxiety, stress or poor diet sets itself into the face. Facial Energy Release (FER)- face therapy is a unique form of facial massage which revitalises the whole body-mind system. Precise, gentle fingertip massage releases the connective tissue to make it more elastic and flexible, lifting and plumping; working over reflex points and meridians to release tension from the 91 muscles of the face, neck, skull and shoulders. Blissfully relaxing it can help relieve jaw tension, headaches, improve wellbeing as well as improving the complexion!
As well as looking better, clients often say they have a real sense of wellbeing. In fact, they feel invigorated, rejuvenated and ready to face any challenge.
Tense muscles have bad circulation which blocks energy paths causing tension, pain and discomfort. This extremely light hypnotic touch of FER works on lymph drainage, reflex points and meridians.

A course of treatment
Ideally one has a treatment session consecutively, weekly is good. After the course of four or six it is recommended to have a maintenance session approximately monthly to three monthly depending on stress levels, affordability and life style.
Each session works on different muscle groups.
Facial Energy Release follows on from the work of Stanley Rosenburg, an American acting teacher, cranial and body worker.
It was developed further and brought to England by nurse and psycho therapist, Margareta Loughran, calling it Rejuvanessence® with whom I worked for many years.
Following on from their work and with some new, I have now developed Facial Energy Release.
